Pearl Harbor 75 Years Later

Today our country honors the memory of those who lost on that tragic day in 1941 which thrust the U.S. into World War II, As Americans we are honoring veterans who are survivors and remembering those who lost their lives in Japan's attack on Pearl Harbor. We're also remembering how the nation responded to what President Franklin Roosevelt called a "date which will live in infamy."

As I prepared to take photographs wearing Ghee Eva Cocktail Dress, an exclusive design for the December Round of Designer Showcase, looking around the area at the seaport I thought about the men and women being honored today.  My pixel eyes filled with tears as the real person behind the screen cried watching the survivors and family members of that tragic day.
