I was having one of those days when the only thing i wanted to do was sleep.  Sometime things happen in life you have no control over the situation and the only thing you can do is just pray about the situation.  You pray for understanding and even then there will be times when your best is just not good enough.  


Listening to the sound of water rushing over rocks seems to calm my spirit and I can settle my nerves and face whatever it is ahead.
