Mediation is good for the soul.

Taking time to mediate helps to release the negative energy built up inside from heavy work schedules, family issues, health problems and anything causing stress.

Yoga is a good way to relieve stress.  The Blue Lotus Foundation/Tantra & Yoga Center is equipped with warm-up exercises, strengthening exercises and yoga exercises.  



Some other benefits to yoga are: increased flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone, improved respiration, energy and vitality, maintaining a balanced metabolism, weight reduction, cardio and circulatory health, improved athletic performance, protection from injury and more.


Due to some health issues I've been experiencing, the doctor suggested for me to try yoga to help strengthen my cardio health and respiration
